🧾 Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Dairy Products

Location: Kochi (HQ)

Territory: Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Palakkad (expandable to other regions)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our dairy product portfolio. The role focuses on distribution expansion, retail sales growth, and successful execution of product launches.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Appoint and manage distributors across the assigned territory
• Drive Distribution Network Expansion (DNE) to enhance market reach
• Build and strengthen retail sales and outlet coverage
• 🆕 Plan and execute new product launches effectively
• Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution
• Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stakeholders
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed

✅ Key Requirements

• 🧑 10–12 years of FMCG experience (Dairy/Food/Beverage preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Kerala market dynamics
• Expertise in distributor handling and retail expansion
• 🚀 Experience in product launches and market penetration
• Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
