Area Sales Manager

Infrafusion Engineering Limited (IFL) is looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Area Sales Managers to drive business growth in the Welding Consumables & Industrial Solutions segment.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.

✔ Appoint, manage, and support distributors and dealers.

✔ Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, fabricators, and industrial clients.

✔ Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support.

✔ Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

✔ Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.

✔ Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Mandatory experience in the Welding Consumables / Welding Industry.
• Experience in industrial or B2B sales will be preferred.
• Strong dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
