Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to lead our Health Insurance sales operations in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Health Insurance sales, team management, and channel development, with a proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets within the territory.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of field sales professionals to ensure high performance.
- Expand and strengthen distribution through agency, direct, and partner channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Health Insurance sales.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team handling.
- Strong understanding of Health Insurance products and distribution channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
