Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and drive the Human Resources function across our growing technology and consulting business. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring that our people practices support organizational goals, foster employee development, and maintain a strong, inclusive culture.

The successful candidate will bring extensive HR leadership experience within the IT, technology consulting, or professional services sector, with a proven ability to manage employee relations, performance management, organizational development, workforce planning, and HR operations. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our continued growth while preserving the values and culture that have contributed to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
  
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
  
• Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and leadership development programs to foster a high-performance culture.
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters, employee relations, and workplace policies.
  
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices while overseeing the employee lifecycle.
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, driving continuous improvement, HR transformation initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.
  
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and overall business performance.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  
• Proven experience in IT Services, Software Development, Technology Consulting, or Digital organizations.
  

• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.
  

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
