The Opportunity

We're looking for a go-getter who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and making things happen. As our Team Leader – Sales & Operations, you'll own key pharmaceutical accounts, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers have a seamless experience—from inquiry to delivery.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll manage 30–40 pharma customers, drive business growth, solve complex customer challenges, mentor your team, and work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service. If you enjoy taking ownership, wearing multiple hats, and helping build a fast-growing startup, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Own customer inquiries from requirement to successful delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of 30–40 pharmaceutical customers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two.
• Drive sales and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, commercial offers, COAs, MSDS, and technical documentation.
• Ensure smooth order execution by coordinating with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and quality teams.
• Resolve customer escalations and deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Build long-term relationships with key customers.
• Track team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
• Own business targets and operational excellence.
• Visit customers 1–2 times per month to resolve technical queries and generate new business.
• Represent CLYZO professionally in customer meetings.

We're Looking For

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences graduate.
• 3–6 years of experience in pharma sales, customer success, operations, key account management, or supply chain.
• Previous team handling experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• A proactive, customer-first, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong ownership, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.

Preferred Background: Pharma, Chemical, or Biotechnology companies, Pharmacists, Clinical Coordinators, Health Advisors, Lab Technicians, or Customer Success professionals looking to step into a leadership role.

Working Days- Monday to Friday; 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off
