🎯 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆: Education / Preschool / Early Childhood Education

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✅ Drive franchise acquisition and regional business expansion across East India

✅ Identify and onboard potential franchise partners

✅ Develop strong regional sales strategies and achieve revenue targets

✅ Conduct business meetings, presentations, and site visits

✅ Build long-term relationships with franchise partners and investors

✅ Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise onboarding and operations

✅ Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and business forecasts

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:

✔ Proven experience in Franchise Sales / Business Development / Expansion Sales

✔ Strong understanding of East India markets and regional networks

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

✔ Comfortable with extensive travel and field sales operations

✔ Ability to work independently and manage regional growth initiatives

✔ Experience in Education / Preschool / Early Childhood Education is an added advantage
